10 Months!

Yesterday Abby Jean turned 10 months old.  This little miss is getting so big and acting so much older, so crazy. She is so much fun to watch and I love seeing more and more of her little (but very big) personality come out.  Here's what she's up to...

- Crawling fast! And pulling herself up to standing on everything.  She really has no desire to stand on her own or do any walking (thank goodness).
- She loves to dance by bouncing her legs.  She gets really going sometimes and thinks she's a hoot.
- Started making this snorting face, where she breathes through her nose and crinkles it up and smiles at the same time, pretty dang cute.
- Has started "playing" with her brother.  Preston loves to act like she's getting him and she thinks it's hilarious.  I've loved to watch this brother, sister relationship start to blossom.
- Continues to put everything in her mouth, if it's on the floor, it's fair game.  We have to be really careful and are always fishing things out of her mouth.
- Loves finger foods and still does pretty well with baby food.  Really good eater so far, so let's hope she keeps that up.
- Been sleeping about 11 hours at night.  She's always slept through the night but has gone through phases of night wakings and feedings, but lately she's been consistent.  She sometimes cries in the night but will go back to sleep after a few minutes.
- Has 5 teeth with #6 and 7 coming soon, pretty much almost ready to eat steak.
- Had her first real fever and sick baby doctor's appointment.
- Yet another bang trim... it's a good thing I have other people to cut her hair or she would always have crooked bangs.

We love this baby girl who really is all smiles and joy in our home.  We feel bad sometimes that she is our easiest child by far right now, but we know that might always be the case when it's her turn to be 2 and 3, so we're just enjoying her right now.
