A couple weeks ago we went to the Idaho Falls Chukars baseball game. It's the lowest of minor league but it's still fun to go to a baseball game. We went with Steve's parents, Angie and Ty. The boys had fun playing together and watching the game together. Abby hated the whole thing! It was just too loud for her and she never could settle down to go to sleep, she cried the whole time and took turns being held and walked around by everyone. It didn't hurt that it was Star Wars night so my boys got to take a pic with Darth Vadar himself!
We also attended the Chandler family reunion. I think I heard that there was about 98 people in attendance and we were still missing a bunch of people. Fun to see and meet so much family. We also love that we feel closer to so many extended family members because of facebook and blogs. Definitely makes it more fun. Preston was nonstop the whole day playing with all the other cousins. It was a great day!

Grandma Chandler gave an awesome program and did so much work for this reunion. She made these necklaces for everyone that says their name, and what number child, grandchild, or great grandchild they are. Steve is #5 grandchild, making me #5 grandchild in law, Preston is #34 great grandchild, and Abby is #45 great grandchild. So crazy that she has so many! Here's Abby showing off her necklace!
Josh Turner Concert!
Josh Turner was the opening act to the first Carrie Underwood concert that we saw in Tucson. We didn't know him very well then but we liked him immediately. We found out a few months ago that he was coming here, to Idaho Falls!! Nothing comes here and it was actually something we wanted to see so we were so excited! It was our first big night out in forever. It was open seating at the baseball field which was not our favorite. We had wristbands that got us right in front of the stage which we were so excited about but 10 minutes before it started they let everyone go up front. Steve got trampled and we didn't want to be smooshed so we ended up further back. It was a good concert but it ended abruptly after an hour and a half. It was like, "Wait, that's it??" Not a great way to end the night, but oh well. It was the first time we've hired a babysitter since living here. We really liked her and Preston did too, but Abby not so much. She woke up, refused her bottle and cried. I felt bad for her and the sitter. We just know that if we go out again we'll go later after she's in bed for real and only for a couple of hours instead of the 4 1/2 that we were gone that night.
Steve can never remember lyrics so he cheated by looking them up on his phone, too funny!
