Yes, another trip to AZ!

Yep, we went to Arizona again. This time it was just me and the kids. We went there so I could go to go to Time Out for Women with my mom and my 3 sisters in law. As always I was very excited for the trip and it didn't hurt that the weather is cold here and perfect there right now. I was nervous of course about flying by myself but thankfully Steve's aunt Susan was on the same flight as me on the way there. She was my life saver! The kids did ok and thanks goodness there weren't any delays or problems.

It was a BUSY house at my parents'. They had Maile and her kids, Ellie, Benji, and Kaia; Dan and Aranne and their Blake and we also got to see Nate and Katie. Little Kaia is only 11 days younger than Abby and I got to meet her for the first time. So fun to see these baby girls side by side! It was also great to have 3 boys, ages 2 and 3, running around and playing like crazy. While the women went to Time Out (I'll do a separate post on that) the men babysat the boys and Ellie and did a great job. Dan and Aranne left on Sunday while Maile and the kids stayed as long as we did. That gave us a chance to do some fun things like going to the park, the Arizona Science Center, and a trampoline/jumping place. We all had such a fun time and loved spending so much quality time together. (Pictures not in order!)

We had a bonfire in the backyard complete with smores!
Kaia and Abby meeting for the first time!

Love this pic of Ellie!
Having fun jumping! I even jumped with Abby for a little bit, she just giggled and giggled.
On a walk to try to recover a car that Preston thought he threw over the fence. Turned out it was just in the grass.
Loved these little girls in the swings.

The week went by WAY too fast and before we knew it we were back on the plane on the way home. The kids actually did better on the flight back and Abby even fell asleep during take off and slept most of the flight. We are already looking forward to our trip back to AZ right after Christmas (yes, it seems like we go all the time, but we love it and grateful we get to go so often.)!

Preston asked to hold Abby on the plane, something he never does. She's got some crazy hair from her nap.
