Preston had his first day of preschool on Thursday. He was super excited and it's great that he gets to go back to the same place with Miss Jenny who he really likes (he even helped me make muffins for her). I think both he and I were ready for him to go back! He had a great first day... the only exception was that we had worked really hard the day before on a book all about him for school. He was very proud of it and just devastated that he couldn't bring it home. We have since made a new (and improved) book that can stay at home. Silly kid!
My kids are so not ready for summer to be over. Yesterday was cloudy and cool and they still found a way to get wet and sandy in the backyard.
