This has come into play when considering curtains. We've never had to think about curtains and we've realized it's hard! The former home-owners were kind enough to leave their curtains which is great if you like velvet, fringe, and beads. I guess that's better than nothing, but it's definitely not for us. Well, once we got our new couch for the living room we were very ready to get our own curtains to go with it (with no fringe or lace). We have a huge window to work with, so we weren't sure what to do, but this is what we came up with!
(we also got new pillows too)
