Musical Mattresses

Ok, no our mattresses don't have any musical talent, it's just that it seems we're playing a game of musical chairs around here. Friday night we set out to buy a crib mattress, so the crib is no longer just random storage. We then headed to Sam Leavitz to look at mattresses because we're looking to put a guest bed in the office. After looking at the price tags which were quite a bit more than we thought, especially for just a spare bed, we were just going to look around the store before heading out. We ended up in the clearance section and found this super nice queen size pillow-top mattress set that was originally $3,600 (yikes, for just mattresses!), on sale for just $500. Some of the basic full size mattress sets cost that much! Although we weren't in the market for a mattress for ourselves, we decided it was just too good of a deal to pass up. So we now have a new mattress set in our room, with our Sleep Number bed in the office. The Sleep Number bed has been great and I've agreed with Steve that if we don't love the new mattress than we'll switch them back (he's not sold on it yet since he's only ever slept on a water bed or the sleep number). Here's to many comfy nights of sleep to come!
