A little back story: we went on our honeymoon to Disney world. We absolutely LOVED it there and it was made even better by all the Christmas decorations that were everywhere. At the Disney/MGM park they had a whole little town decked out in all Christmas lights. Between that and the fake snow it was pretty magical, oh and a little bit of newlywed bliss mixed in there too! Well, we said then that we'd go back to Disneyworld every 5 years. Definitely easy to say then, but much more difficult in reality. We're shooting for 10 years now! To celebrate that same holiday magic, we went to Winterhaven. (for those of you not familiar with Tucson, it's a neighborhood that completely decks out with lights and decorations. You can walk through or take hay rides and they've been doing it for 45 years.) It was a lot of fun and the lights were so pretty. Preston loved it too and just pointed at all the flashing lights and even bobbed his head to some of the Christmas music. We got some hot chocolate afterwards which really topped off the night.
Here we are in front of a house that had a Disney theme. It seemed fitting! Oh and check out our sweatshirts... our fist day at Disneyworld it was freakishly freezing for Florida which we didn't plan for, so we ended up buying random Disney sweatshirts to stay warm. We just had to wear them last night!
This morning we had our own Christmas morning with our stocking and just a few small gifts for Preston. He was so fun to watch!

I'm so glad we didn't get Preston that phone toy for Christmas! We were looking at it and seriously considering it! :) Happy Christma-versary!
