The Fair!

We headed to the Eastern Idaho State Fair today! It was a hot and sunny day but we were glad to go today when it wasn't really busy. Neither one of us have been to a fair in years and years, so it was fun to check it out. Preston didn't really want to see all of the different displays or demonstrations but that's ok. We saw lots and lots of animals:cows, goats, rabbits, chickens, turkey, other birds, horses, and lamas. No surprise there since we live in a farm heavy state. Preston is so funny, he doesn't really care all that much about the animals, the big display of hot tubs and a fountain were way more interesting to him. Although he did like to chase the goats in the petting zoo. The guy in charge had to tell him to stop because he was scaring the animals!

Preston's favorite part was the rides of course! He looked like such a big boy going on these rides all by himself. He really is such a brave boy, one of the characteristics I love the most about him.
Love this picture!! He loved this ride that we called the "up and down ride"!


His favorite was the boats, probably because he could ring the big bell through the whole ride.
