Spring??

 Yummy snow!

This was a little over a week ago on March 19th.  We went to church the day before and within the first hour we got like 3 inches of snow, it was crazy!  Steve and some of the young men at church had to go out and shovel the sidewalks right away.  These pics were the next morning and Preston wanted to go out into the snow first thing and some of the snow came inside and Abby thought it was delicious!  It melted super fast thank goodness!

Then Thursday of last week we actually got to 65 degrees, it felt heavenly!  We got Preston a little sandbox so he has something to do in the backyard.  Saturday was even a little bit warmer and we headed outside.  We went to the park for a picnic and Preston played, went on a walk, went for a drive, and then went to check out the river.  We were pooped by the end of the day, I think our bodies forgot what warmth and sunshine are like in Idaho.  It was a great day for our little family!

 Abby was exhausted but loved the river.  She was making me nervous on this railing but we tested it's strength and let her stand to her hearts content.

Last year's winter and spring were so awful that we are just in shock at having these awesome spring days.  Of course it's been cold and rainy this week and our temps look like they'll be in the 50's for the next little bit, but we'll just be happy if we don't get anymore snow!
