Memorial Day!

**I am way behind blog posts!!  The summer has come and gone and it was a blur!  Here's to catching up sometime soon!**

This post is a little out of order since Memorial Day happened before Kindergarten Graduation but oh well.  We didn't have any major plans for Memorial Day except we knew we would be going to down to Pocatello to visit the graves of Steve's relatives, as is tradition for his family.  We got an invitation from Steve aunt and uncle, Susan and Lewis, who live in Pocatello to spend the day with them.  We accepted and headed down around lunch time.  We headed to their house first and then all caravanned to some property that they own about 30 minutes outside of Pocatello.  It was out in the middle of nowhere in the hills with tons of trees and a fabulous view.  The weather was prefect too!  they had some of their kids there, who are teenagers and older, and we just hung out and some did some archery.  They also brought their old dune buggy so we all got to take turns on it.  Abby didn't really like it, so we went pretty slow but it was still fun and it was so pretty out.  The babies hung out in their play pen but got antsy after awhile.  They really don't like being held by others (10 minutes at the absolute most), so they didn't necessarily love the day.  We roasted hot dogs and had smores afterwards.  It was wonderful!

We left at about 8pm, with most of the kids falling asleep immediately, and had to race to the cemetery because it was going to close at dusk.  We made it just in time to take a couple of pictures there before heading home.  We didn't get home until about 10:30 or so and of course we were all exhausted but it was a wonderful day!
