Springtime...

This spring has been so nice so far!  We get a few great days and then a handful of cloudy, cooler ones but at least there hasn't been any snow and not too much rain.  If the sun is out and it's not too windy we are outside to soak it in.  We've had some fun playing in the front and back yard and going to the park a couple of times.  We planted tulip and other assorted bulbs before winter and were anxious to see if they would grow.  Neither Steve nor I have green thumbs in the least so we didn't have high hopes, but we have flowers!!  These were so easy and we've done nothing but weed around them a little.  Pretty exciting that we made something grow!  We  plan on putting some wood chips around them and putting potted plants by our front door and garage.

 Last night, Steve decided to set up the tent for Preston.  It's a super easy one so we played in it for 45 minutes and then took it down again.  Preston was having such a good time.  The kids ended up going to bed past their bed time but when we're having so much fun as a family it's totally worth it.

 Preston ran into the house and found some marshmallows.  Camping = Marshmallows to him, it was pretty cute.
