Last week we headed to Las Vegas (ok, actually Henderson), Nevada. We were so glad we had the chance to hang out with Dan, Aranne, and Blake but we were also very excited to meet baby Chelsea, their newest addition. We drove to Salt Lake City Wednesday night and then the rest of the 7 and a half hours on Thursday. We were able to do some fun things with them, most of which were kid centered of course, and then we got to celebrate Easter with them too. We stayed with them which made for a very busy and loud house with a 3 1/2 year old, 2 1/2 year old, 1 year old, and a 1 month old, none of which are quiet! We all got a glimpse of what life would be like with 4 kids under the age of 4 and it was TIRING!! At one point we nicknamed the weekend, "fighting boys and crying girls" but it's all part of the fun. We couldn't help but reminisce on our many visits pre-kids where we stayed up until all hours of the night, hung out on the Vegas stip, and hit up IHOP in the middle of the night. So funny how things change but love it at the same time. Thanks for a good time Dan and Aranne and hopefully we didn't wear you out too much!
We took Preston to Build-A-Bear while there. We debated because of the cost but Preston's been loving having his stuffed animal friends sleep with him and we don't have one here so we had to take advantage.
He carried/dragged the box through the whole mall, it was pretty dang cute!Taking a snack break at Town Square.
My new all time favorite pic!!!
Riding the train!
While there my aunt and uncle Rees and Lisa and their kids Rachel and Garrett were also visiting which made it a big party! Here's all the girls... except for Chelsea.
Very tired boys.
This pic is out of order but this is Preston packing for the trip. He filled his suitcase with toys, underwear, and one blanket: the essentials, lol.
At a jumping castle place. Preston could live in a place like this. He was supposed to slide down on these blanket things but used it as a blanket instead.
