A little summer fun...

We're just trying to stay busy around here with some summer fun... Summer seems to go by so fast that I get worried that it will be over before we really do anything, so I try to keep our days busy of fun stuff and not waste the days away.

A couple of weeks ago it was Cow Appreciation Day at Chick-fil-A.  If you dress like a cow you get a whole meal for free!  We like that!  The kids were really excited about it, so we got dressed in all black and white, stuck spots on and used fabric for tails and ears.  It was yummy and we had fun and we were the cutest cows around!  Love my little herd.

Steve and Preston went camping last Monday.  Love that my boys love to spend so much time together and love going camping together.  Abby doesn't mind the extra girl time either.  We spend a lot of time watching Tinkerbell movies, making cookies, or running errands.  It's a nice change of pace.

This past Wednesday was Fish Day our house.  We celebrated this made up holiday last July while my mom was here to watch Sharknado 2 together.  Even though the kids didn't watch that, they loved our Fish Day so much that they wanted to celebrate again, so we did... on the same day as Sharknado 3 premiered (which Steve and I watched after the kids went to bed!).  We had fun with some fishy decorations from the dollar store, fish projects, stickers, and coloring pages and of course fish themed meals and snacks.  We topped off the day with watching "Finding Nemo" for family movie night.  We had a fun day!
