Grandma's Visit!

My mom came to visit us a few weeks ago!  It was short in comparison to her last visit, just 10 days but we were all excited to have her back!  She got here on October 16th after an already late flight was delayed over 2 hours.  She didn't get in until 11pm!  The kids were thrilled to have her here which made it hard for Preston to go to school in the mornings.  We had a pretty laid back time while she was here but it was fun for the kids to play with her and for her to see the babies since they are growing so fast!  Here are some picks...
The babies loved to give her smiles and "talk" to her!

We spent an afternoon at an adorable toy store that has tons of toys you can play with called WeeBee Toys and then walked along the river to see the falls and the temple.  It was so pretty with the fall colors.

Kaley and Abby were into all things girly with Grandma from doing hair to doing make up with her every morning.

My mom got to be here for the start of Halloween festivities.  This was our first Halloween outing at Trick or Treat Street.  It was threatening rain all day and even started to sprinkle but we made it through without getting poured on!
We said goodbye to her on Thursday, October 27th and the kids and I were so sad (tears shed by all!).  I think it reminded all of us of how wonderful it was to have her here the whole summer.  She jumps right in to help and is the easiest guest to please.  We are so grateful for her and so grateful we have such strong relationships with both of our families.  We are so lucky!
