I think I had mentioned that Steve's Grandma Chandler had a massive stroke and broke her hip almost two weeks ago. Her condition had kind of been up and down but then we got a call on Thursday that her condition was going downhill fast. Elaine, Angie, and Tyson hopped on a plane that night from Nebraska to be here for her. (I'll do a separate post for all of that).
Saturday after Preston's soccer game, we were already planning on going to the Legacy Air Show in Rexburg. We invited Angie and Tyson to come join in the fun and they drove up early to come to part of Preston's soccer game and then the air show. It was a cold, cloudy morning so we all wore our jackets and headed on our way. We went to this air show 2 years ago (the last time they had it) and loved it and the best part is that it's FREE, so you don't feel obligated to be there the whole time. It's also not crazy busy so you can feel a part of the action. We got there at about 10 and stayed until about 12:30pm and got to see some fun things!

If you can see, that yellow plane, the Jelly Belly, landed and then took off from a moving truck. He did it a few times and it was so cool to watch!

The tricks these guys do are so crazy!!
After that we grabbed some lunch from Burger King and headed to the park. It was cloudy, windy, and cold! The kids didn't seem to mind and played happily. After lunch the kids rode the carousel and of course we had to get some cotton candy, my favorite! We came home and everyone had a nap, except the boys who played and watched a movie downstairs and me who had to prepare a talk for church. After that Angie needed to head back to Pocatello to be there for Elaine and Grandma but we had Tyson stay so he and Preston could play some more. It was a really fun day together!

My little girl loves cotton candy as much as I do!!

These boys really are best friends and can play nonstop all day. They can get pretty silly and crazy together but they have so much fun!
